We provide a wealth of training and support to all of our staff.  At Explore Learning we are dedicated to the development of each and every one of our employees. We recruit only the very best graduates and are committed to training each individual in a wide variety of education and business skills.

As an Assistant Director you are integral to the success and devlopment of Explore Learning. We aim to progress you to the next level withihn 12-24 months. Once you have shown commitment, competence and drive in all areas of the business, you will be invited to attend an interview for the opportunity to be approved for progression to Centre Director.

Professional development encourages every staff member to build expertise in specific skill areas and prepares individuals for promotion to Centre Director.

Centre Director

As a Centre Director you will take ultimate responsibility for your centre, develop and manage your staff, and have the opportunity to lead national training days. At Centre Director level, you will be provided with your own Induction Training and Advanced Training modules to further your development. Career development at Explore is very exciting. Our  regional management, marketing, sales, training, educational content development, recruitment and HR departments are all recruited for internally, with people who started their career as an Assistant Director.

Regional Manager

There are several different pathways people take into Head Office; a common route would be into Regional Management.

The Regional Manager’s (RM) role is to support a number of centres and their teams. This may range from 3-10 centres each. An RM will help teams create the correct vision and goals for their centre and lead and motivate all of the managers in the pursuit of those goals. They will mentor and train Centre Directors and Assistant Directors within the centre and at Head Office, ensuring that individual team members have timely training that fill skill gaps through regular appraisals and monthly team Operations Meetings. The RM manages centre teams by daily analysis of performance, good people management skills and appropriate ‘hands on’ support, including support at sales events.
