What we look for in an
Assistant Director

Minimum Requirements:

• 2:1 Degree level, in any discipline.
• 2:2 Degree levels will be considered from applicants with very

strong experience.

• GCSE grade B (or equivalent) in English.

• GCSE grade B (or equivalent) in maths.

• Experience of working with children within the last 5 years.

• Experience of working with 5-14 year olds.

• Highly fluent in spoken and written English.

• A UK or EU national able to work in the UK without requiring a

work permit.

growth and development of our learning centres using their

promotional and managerial strengths.

• Enthusiastic and confident to promote Explore Learning at

any opportunity.

• Highly motivated with a bright enthusiastic personality.

• Ambitious to enhance their professional development &

become a Centre Director.
