I have always loved working with children in both a social and educational context. This passion first started at University when I began volunteering at schools and youth clubs and when I first read “Every Child Matters”. I believe Explore Learning really works under this ethos by giving all children a great opportunity to learn and grow in confidence and enthusiasm whilst gaining skills in many different areas.

Jaycee graduated from Northampton University with a 2:1 degree in Sociology. Since University Jaycee has worked with Social Services, as a youth worker and as a teacher and activity leader in a Summer Camp. Jaycee also completed qualifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language which was followed by four years of teaching English in Italy.

Beth graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2009 with a degree in Music and Sound Technology.  Prior to joining Explore Learning, Beth was a volunteer for the MPS society for 7 years, looking after severely disabled children  and young adults. She also gained experience working with 5-8 year olds teaching art and crafts to children at a summer school.

Hayley graduated from the University of Exeter in 2009 with a first class degree in Psychology. She especially enjoyed studying child development and educational psychology modules and volunteered as a classroom assistant in a number of schools in her spare time. Following her undergraduate degree, Hayley completed a year of teacher-training, achieving a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. This provided a great opportunity to further her understanding of children’s learning processes and to gain the skills required to teach effective and engaging lessons.
