Receive your £500 referral bonus + an extra £250 for a summer hire

By referring a friend who starts as a manager with us between July and October 2022, we’ll pop a £750 bonus into your pay cheque!

Refer a friend in three easy steps

Step 1

Tell your friend about how much you love working for Explore Learning, and point them in the direction of our website.

Step 2

Make sure they pop your name in their application form, or mention that they heard about the role from you when they apply! 


Step 3

You’ll get £750 if they start working with us between July and October, or £500 if they start any other month!

Terms and conditions

  1. You can refer a friend to any of our nationwide centres, including our virtual Explore at Home centres
  2. You will receive £500 per manager referral, plus an additional £250 if your referral starts with us between 1st July to the 1st October. Your bonus will be added to your pay the calendar month which follows the start date of the referred manager. E.g if your referral starts on the 21st July, your bonus will come through in your August pay cheque.
  3. We will ask each applicant how they heard about us. We will apply the referral bonus to the person they mention. We will only apply one referral bonus for each new member of staff. The name of the referrer must be notified to Explore Learning before we offer the candidate a role.
  4. You can refer as many friends as you like! If the referral bonus will be added for each person you refer, even if it’s within the same month.
  5. Your bonus will be subject to tax.
  6. If your referral is offered a position but does not start with us, unfortunately you won’t be entitled to receive the bonus.
  7. The bonus will be allocated to 1 person – there cannot be multiple referrers for one new starter.
  8. The referred member of staff joining Explore Learning must be external and not progressing from one position in the business to another.
  9. The referrer must currently be working with Explore Learning – we cannot process bonuses to ex-staff members (including recent leavers).
