Our 2021/22 Gender Pay Gap

In a year when we celebrated our 20th anniversary of opening our first Explore Learning centre, we continue to be proud of our incredibly talented people and the impact they have on our business.
At Explore, we are committed to providing our employees with the same opportunities for development and progression irrespective of their gender. An intrinsic part of who we are is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels part of the Explore family and can fulfil their potential.
We are proud to have so many inspiring women leading our centres, departments and the organisation and that fact that our gender pay gap is significantly better than the national average.
