My child’s individual needs are not being met.
We get to know how your child learns and communicates, then build a plan around them.
Patient tutors, a calm and inclusive setting and a learning tool that genuinely adapts to your child’s needs.

For 25 years, we have supported children, and their families, with a wide range of special educational needs to find their confidence and make real progress.
Sensory overload, transitions that derail the day, holding it together at school then falling apart at home.
Full of ideas and can't settle. Distracted in seconds, homework a nightly battle, and the behaviour noticed before the struggle underneath it is.
Struggling to follow instructions, quiet in class, reading and English slipping while you wait for support to come through.
Reading below age, spelling that won't stick, avoiding reading aloud, writing that takes real effort just to get a few lines down.
Numbers that never land. Still relying on counting to get by, maths anxiety, and a struggle that's easy for others to miss.
No diagnosis, a mix of things, or you just know something is not right. Start with how we work and decide from there.
We listen to the experts - you. We understand how your child learns and build a plan to support them together.

She’s quiet, well-behaved and silently struggling.
A calmer setting and dedicated attention give her the space to show what she can do.
Every school day feels like a battle.
We start by finding out what’s really going on and focus on bringing joy to learning.
Everything feels on hold while we wait for a diagnosis.
We don’t need a diagnosis. We meet your child as they are and shape learning around them.

Our two distinct learning environments offer a wider range of options for your family. Whichever option you choose, your child will always follow their own unique learning pathway.
More about how we help
Our tuition centres are welcoming, vibrant learning spaces. Tutors work with a maximum of 6 children at a time. This is ideal if your child is trying to become more confident at working independently.

Online SEND tutors support your child 1:1 via live video using our secure learning platform. This works well for students who thrive with undivided attention and are most comfortable working in a home learning setting.

We're honest about where our expertise ends. We're not the right fit for children who need clinical support, continual supervision to stay safe, or support for profound hearing or visual loss. In these cases, we'll point you towards people who can better support you.
Step 1 of 4
See how your child gets on before you decide anything. Your child will try out some maths & English activities. We watch how they respond to a structured, multisensory learning approach and discuss their needs with you. Then recommend a plan to support them best.
Learning differently isn't the barrier; being taught the same way as everyone else is. There are no groupings or labels here, just calm, structured sessions pitched at the right level, so your child feels at ease from the first session. Behind every session is technology that keeps adjusting to your child, highly-skilled tutors and a team of experts working to support your child’s individual needs.
Targeted support from tutors in dedicated learning centres or online
Adaptive learning technology that adjusts continually, with audio support and accessibility built in
Every tutor DBS-checked, employed by us directly, and trained in SEND awareness
Detailed progress reports, regular progress meetings and a team of experts on hand for any questions

25 years of helping children with special educational needs. The families who have been through it say it best.
His ADHD behaviours were being treated as bad behaviour rather than signs he was struggling. Explore Learning understood from the first session, and that mix of kindness and structure has transformed his confidence.
The hardest part was hearing my son say he was dumb, that he couldn't do it. At Explore Learning, he was really seen. You haven't just helped him catch up; you've helped him rediscover himself.
They didn't see a distracted kid; they saw potential, and they listened. He started asking to go to class, and his confidence bloomed. You didn't just help him learn; you helped him believe.
Being autistic and having ADHD meant he needed support built around how he learns. His tutors were mentors and cheerleaders, not just teachers. In under eight months, he jumped two learning levels and walked taller.
She found it hard to focus and keep up, but the patience and understanding of her tutors have brought out real confidence. Explore Learning supported her emotionally as well as academically. She feels accepted and celebrated.
