What is the Explore Learning App?
The Explore Learning App helps you stay connected to your child’s learning. You’ll be able to see what they’ve worked on, understand how they’re progressing, and get guidance on how to support them at home.
It’s designed to give you regular insight between sessions, so you always feel informed and confident.
How do I download the app?
The app is available on both iOS and Android.
Simply search for “Explore Learning” in the App Store or Google Play, download the app, and log in using your Explore Learning account details.
How do I log in?
Use the same email and password that you use for the Member Portal.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the login screen.
When will I start seeing information in the app?
You’ll begin to see updates after your child’s first session.
Some features will become more useful over time as your child continues their learning journey.
What should I expect in the first few weeks?
In the first few weeks, you can expect to:
- Get set up and familiar with the app
- Start receiving session summaries after each session
- Build a routine of checking updates and staying connected to your child’s progress
This early engagement helps you get the most out of your membership from the start.

What is AI Coach?
AI Coach helps explain your child’s learning in simple terms and provides guidance on how you can support them at home.
It works alongside your centre team to give you regular, easy-to-understand updates.
How often will I get updates?
You’ll receive updates after each session, along with reminders and notifications to help you stay on track.
Can I manage bookings through the app?
Yes — you can view and manage your child’s sessions directly in the app.
Troubleshooting
I can’t log in — what should I do?
- Check you’re using the correct email address
- Reset your password if needed
- Contact your centre if you’re still having issues
I’m not seeing any session summaries
Session summaries appear after your child has attended a session.
If you’re not seeing them, please check with your centre team.
The app isn’t working properly
Try:
- Closing and reopening the app
- Updating to the latest version
- Restarting your device
If the issue continues, please contact your centre.
