Explore Learning – December Offer Terms & Conditions:

Offer Validity: 9th December – 23rd December

Early Offer End Date: In the following centres, the offer ends on 20th December: Maidenhead, Bracknell, Handsworth, and Whiteley.

By joining Explore Learning during the promotional period, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1. The offer is available to new members who join between 9th–23rd December (or 20th December in selected centres listed above).

2. To qualify, members must:

• Have their membership start date set within December, and

• Provide a valid payment method at the time of joining.

3. To redeem this offer, families must speak directly with an Explore Learning team member to complete their join.  This promotional offer is not available when joining online through our website and must be processed by a member of our team.

4. This offer is not valid for Student Finance memberships or Corporate memberships.

2. What the Offer Includes

1. Members who join within the offer window will receive the remainder of December free of charge, with no December pro-rata fees.

2. Members may attend:

• 1 session per week on a 1× per week membership, or

• 2 sessions per week on a 2× per week membership,  from their membership start date until 31st December.

3. Members also receive, at no cost during December: 

• Unlimited Compass access for at-home learning and independent sessions

• Full access to the Member/Parent Portal, including progress information, session booking tools (where applicable), and learning resources

4. Sessions included in the December free period cannot be carried over into future months.

5. All sessions are subject to Centre availability

3. First Payment

1. The first membership payment will be collected on the 1st working day of January using the payment method provided.

2. By joining under this offer, families agree to the January payment being collected automatically.

3. If you do not wish to continue your membership in January, cancellation must be requested no later than 23rd December.

4. After this date, the January payment will be processed and is non-refundable.

4. Membership Terms

1. All standard Explore Learning membership terms apply unless otherwise stated.

2. The free December period is a one-time introductory offer with no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

3. Session attendance is subject to centre and community availability and may require pre-booking.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless explicitly stated.

2. Explore Learning reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.

Explore Learning Referral Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer entitles new families to save £25 on their first full month’s membership

2. The offer entitles current Explore members who refer a new family to save £25 on their next full month’s membership, with any additional discounts accruing to subsequent months' fees for multiple referrals

3. Current Explore members can refer unlimited new families, earning a £25 discount for each successful referral.

4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer than stated above.

5. No cash alternative will be offered.

6. Explore Learning reserves the right to remove or amend the promotional offer and these terms and conditions without notice

Black Friday Special Offer Terms & Conditions

Offer Period: Saturday 22nd November 2025 – Saturday 29th November 2025 

1. Eligibility 

This promotion is open to: 

• Siblings of existing Explore Learning members who join between 00:00 on 22nd November 2025 and 23:59 on 29th November 2025. 

• New members referred by a current Explore Learning member who join within the promotional period. 

• Returning members (ex-members) who have previously held an Explore Learning membership and rejoin during the promotional period 

• Corporate members - members moving from a corporate membership onto a standard explore learning membership will also qualify for the discount. 

• To qualify, the child’s first session must be booked and scheduled on or before 13th December 2025. 

• The offer applies to all Explore Learning membership packages except those purchased via Student Finance. 

• The £50 saving applies per eligible child. 

2. Redemption 

• The £50 discount will be automatically applied to the member’s next applicable Direct Debit or billing cycle following enrolment. 

• This may be reflected within the initial pro rata payment and/or the next monthly membership charge. 

• No alternative redemption options (such as cash, vouchers) are available. 

3. Conditions 

• Only families who complete full enrolment during the promotional period and schedule a first session by the stated deadline are eligible. 

• For referred families, the referring member must hold an active Explore Learning membership at the time of the new family’s enrolment. 

• Explore Learning reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or withdraw the discount in cases where information is incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent. 

4. Limitations 

• This promotion does not apply to memberships purchased through Student Finance. 

• The offer is valid for UK residents only. 

• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, unless explicitly stated. 

5. General 

• Explore Learning reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. 

• By participating in this promotion, families agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
