Offer Title: Your Ticket to September Success – £75 Summer Saving

Offer Period: 27th June 2026 – 18th July 2026

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to new families who join Explore Learning between 00:00 on 27th June 2026 and 23:59 on 18th July 2026.
To qualify, the child's first session must take place no later than 31st July 2026.
The £75 saving applies per child who joins during the promotional period.
The offer is available across all Explore Learning membership packages, with the exception of memberships purchased via Student Finance.

2. Offer Structure & Savings

Eligible new members will receive a total saving of £75 across their first two months of membership, as follows:
£50 saving applied to the first month's membership.
£25 saving applied to the second month's membership.
Discounts will be automatically applied to the member's pro rata or direct debit billing charges, depending on the date of their first session.
No alternative redemption of the savings (such as cash, credit, or vouchers) is available.

3. Second Month Discount Conditions

The £25 second-month saving is conditional on the member remaining in an active membership at the point their second month commences.
If a member cancels or freezes their membership before entering their second month of membership, they will not be entitled to the £25 second month saving.
Explore Learning reserves the right to remove the second-month discount in the event of cancellation or membership freeze before the second billing period.

5. Limitations

This offer does not apply to memberships purchased via Student Finance.
The offer is valid for UK residents only.
The offer applies to new members only.

6. Referral Scheme

If a current Explore Learning family refers a new member, that new member may be entitled to the summer savings alongside any applicable referral discount, subject to the referral scheme's own terms and conditions.

7. General Terms

Explore Learning reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotional offer and to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or the application of this offer, the decision of Explore Learning shall be final.

Explore Learning – Summer Pass Terms & Conditions

Offer Title: Summer Pass – 2026

Offer Period: 21st July 2026 – 31st August 2026

Eligible Centres: Bournemouth, Canning Town, Orpington, Purley, Southend, Heaton Park, Bradley Stoke, Beaconsfield, Westfield, Milton Keynes, Merton, Harrow, Islington, Sydenham, Whiteley, Newcastle, Camberley, Romford, Enfield, Borehamwood

1. Eligibility

The Summer Pass is available to existing Explore Learning members of the above Centres who were registered on or before 26th June 2026.
This offer is only available at the centres listed above.
The Summer Pass is available to existing members only. It is not available to families who join Explore Learning after 26th June 2026.
Members must hold an active membership throughout the Summer Pass period to be eligible. Frozen memberships are not eligible until the freeze is lifted.
The Summer Pass applies per child registered as an Explore Learning member. It is not transferable to other children or family members who are not registered members.

2. What’s Included

The Summer Pass gives eligible members the ability to attend up to five sessions per week at no extra cost, inclusive of their regular booked sessions.
Drop-in sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis within standard centre opening hours.
A maximum of one drop-in session per day applies. Members may not attend two sessions in the same day, including their regular booked session.
Drop-in sessions cannot be booked in advance. Families may contact their centre for guidance on likely availability.
The Summer Pass does not change or replace a member’s existing membership package. Regular booked sessions remain as they are.

3. Session Delivery

Drop-in sessions are subject to availability at the time of arrival. Explore Learning cannot guarantee a place at every visit.
For members on an 11+ programme, drop-in sessions are available on a My Programme basis only. No additional Course Planner classes will be added.
Session summaries will be provided for drop-in sessions in the usual way.

4. Frozen Memberships

Members whose membership is currently frozen are not eligible to use the Summer Pass during the period of their freeze.
When a frozen membership is reactivated, the member will be charged pro rata in the usual way. From that point, they are eligible to use the Summer Pass for the remainder of the summer period.

5. Limitations

The Summer Pass is valid only at the pilot centre where the member is registered. It cannot be used at other Explore Learning centres.
Drop-in sessions cannot be carried over, exchanged, or redeemed for any other benefit.
The Summer Pass has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. General Terms

Explore Learning reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Summer Pass, and to update these terms and conditions, at any time without notice.

Terms and Conditions for Explore Learning Summer Reading Challenge 2026 Competition

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to families who participate in an Explore Learning “The Jungle Jam” workshop at participating locations, including digitally, throughout Summer 2026.

2. Entry Fee: There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.

3. Data Collection: We will be collecting data for the purposes of this competition. We will not sell or share your data with any third parties unless specific consent is given.

4. Agreement to Terms: By entering this prize draw, entrants indicate their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Affiliation Disclaimer: This competition is not affiliated with Samsung, Spotify or Waterstones.

6. Entry Limit: One entry is permitted per family attending a workshop only.

7. Prizes:

First Place Prize: The winner will receive a Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 & a 6-month Spotify Membership, as well as a £100 Waterstones Voucher.
Runners-Up Prizes: Nine runners-up will each receive a £10 Waterstones Gift Card.

8. Prize Conditions: The prizes are as stated above, and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. We will be aiming to send prizes to the winners by the end of October 2026.

9. Prize Claim Period: If a winner or runner-up does not claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted by Explore Learning, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner or runner-up will be selected.

10. Closing Date: Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date of Monday, 1st September 2026.

11. Notification of Winners: The winner and runners-up will be notified by the 10th of October 2026.

12. Explore Learning reserves the right to modify or end this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Slough Centre Launch – £100 Saving

Offer Period: 19th May 2026 – 22nd August 2026

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to new families who enrol at the Explore Learning Slough centre between 00:00 on 19th May 2026 and 23:59 on 22nd August 2026.
The offer is available for new members only and is not available to existing or returning Explore Learning members.
To qualify, the child’s first session must be booked and take place on or before 31st August 2026.
The offer applies to all Explore Learning membership packages except those using Student Finance.
The £100 saving applies per child who joins during the promotional period.

2. How the Discount is Applied

The total saving of £100 is split across the first two months of membership as follows:
£50 off the first month's membership fee (pro rata as applicable)
£50 off the second month's membership fee
Discounts will be automatically applied to the member's pro rata / Direct Debit or billing charges.
No alternative redemption (such as cash or vouchers) is available.

3. Conditions

To receive the second month's £50 discount, the member's membership must remain active at the start of the second month. Cancellation of membership during the first month will result in forfeiture of the second month's discount.
Only families who complete their enrolment during the offer period are eligible.
Explore Learning reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the discount in the case of any fraudulent or incomplete registrations.

4. Limitations

This promotion does not apply to memberships purchased via Student Finance.
The offer is valid for UK residents only.
This offer is exclusively available at the Slough centre and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless otherwise stated.

5. Referral Scheme

If a current Explore Learning family refers you, you are entitled to the £100 Slough launch saving plus an additional £25 saving on your first full month's membership as per the standard referral discount.

6. General Terms

Explore Learning reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotional offer, and to update these terms and conditions, at any time without notice.

Explore Learning Referral Terms and Conditions:

The offer entitles new families to save £25 on their first full month’s membership.
The offer entitles current Explore members who refer a new family to save £25 on their next full month’s membership, with any additional discounts accruing to subsequent months' fees for multiple referrals.
Current Explore members can refer unlimited new families, earning a £25 discount for each successful referral.
No cash alternative will be offered.
