Explore Learning appoints Chief Customer Officer

Explore Learning has appointed Alexandra Cambier as its first Chief Customer Officer, at an important stage in its growth.
Alexandra brings nearly two decades of experience across customer growth, digital experience and marketing, having previously held senior roles at HSBC, Gousto and health technology company Heidi Health.
She joins Explore Learning’s Senior Leadership Team and Board as the business continues to expand its personalised learning offering for children and families across the UK.
The appointment comes at a time of growing demand for personalised support outside the classroom, with more families looking for flexible, high-quality learning experiences that support both academic progress and confidence.
