Explore Learning has officially opened its newest tuition centre in Slough, marking another important milestone in its continued growth.
The new centre opened its doors on Tuesday 2nd June following a strong response from local families, with more than 125 trial sessions booked before launch. Within its first few days, the centre is already supporting 80 members and their families.
Located in Slough Central Sainsbury's, the centre extends Explore Learning's reach and increases access to in-person tuition for children aged 4–16.
The successful opening reflects the growing demand for personalised educational support and the impact Explore Learning continues to have in communities across the UK. Every year, more than 50,000 children learn with Explore Learning through its network of centres and online tuition, with learners making an average of 21 months' progress in just one year.
Commenting on the opening, Lisa Haycox, CEO of Explore Learning, said: "We are really excited about our new centre in Slough and the opportunity to support children and families in the local area. We continue to see the greatest impact when exceptional educators and technology work together, and we're committed to investing in being where families need us most."
The opening has been led by Centre Director Paul Drake and the Slough team, supported by colleagues across the business who helped bring the new centre to life.
With 94 centres now operating across the UK, alongside it’s online tuition offering, Explore Learning continues to invest in expanding access to high-quality educational support, helping more children build confidence, make progress and achieve their potential.
