A staff benefit that makes a difference: Explore memberships
Helping children thrive is our mission, and now our salaried employees’ children can benefit too, with fully subsidised Explore memberships.
Laura, our Head of Customer Experience, has seen this firsthand: her eldest child George has been an Explore member for 8 years, and now she’s able to include her other two children through our fully subsidised staff membership. Experiencing Explore both as a parent and as a team member gives her a unique perspective on what makes our service special:
“My eldest child, George, has been a member of Explore for 8 years now, from his first steps into primary school through to his transition to secondary. Having Explore Learning as a learning partner has given me, as a parent, confidence to navigate through the ups and downs of school life. I’ve experienced both our online and in-centre memberships, and what stands out to me is the connection with both managers and tutors. They take the time to understand our needs, to know what will work best for George to get the most out of his learning, adapting constantly as he develops and grows.
As Head of Customer Experience, I obsess about the experiences our families are having and find ways to make them even better. Being a member myself, I am in the shoes of our customers and get to live what they experience - whether it’s moments of joy or moments when things could have been smoother. Wearing both hats - employee and parent - helps me understand what we need to do to protect the brilliant areas we deliver and where we can improve, ensuring every family feels the same level of care and connection.
I feel fortunate to be able to now join my other two children to a membership, knowing I have Explore as a learning partner for the whole family. It brings me peace of mind that my children’s learning will be supported and that I can see the experience through both lenses.”
