Information for members

Joining your online sessions via Navigator

Joining an online session is easier than ever! Whether it’s a 1:1 session, group session or Specialist Course, the ‘join this session’ button on Navigator, our members’ portal, will take your straight to your tutor. Find out more about Navigator.

Log in to Navigator, head to the child’s dashboard and click ‘join this session’. The button will appear 5 minutes before the session is due to start.

 

Logging into Compass

To complete an independent session on Compass (our learning platform) in between your sessions with an Explore Learning tutor, log in to Navigator and select Compass from your child’s dashboard. Log in using your login details and start learning!

Where can I find my log in details to the Members' Area?

Your login details are in your welcome email which you received when you joined Explore. Alternatively, you can log in using the email address associated to your Explore Learning account.

Does Navigator work on mobile devices and tablets?

It is possible to use Navigator on mobile devices and tablets but functionality can be limited depending on screen size. We recommend using a laptop or PC to access Navigator.
