Here, you’ll find everything you need to know to start making the most out of your Explore Learning membership.

1. Check your email

We’ve sent you an email with your log in details. You’ll need this to access your child’s smart learning tool and your Member Portal.

2. Getting to know you

One of our friendly team will give you a call within 24 hours. This is so that we can understand your child’s needs and tailor their curriculum so that they can work at a pace that’s right for them. If you miss our call, don’t worry, we’ll try again later.

3. Log in to your Member Portal

Log in to your Member Portal. This is where you’ll find your child’s smart learning tool, downloadable resources, family advice and more!

4. Start learning!

Your child can use their smart learning tool straight away! Our smart learning tool is called Compass, and can be found in your member’s area. Your child can choose a character and theme and start practising their English and maths skills independently.

5. Your first tutored session

You will meet your child’s tutor in their first scheduled session. They will introduce themselves and get to know your child and what makes them tick.
