What if my child feels nervous about starting at the Chester centre?
It's natural to feel unsure at first. Our tutors are warm and approachable, and take time to help children settle in quickly. A free trial at our Chester centre is a great way to meet the team and get comfortable with the centre.
Is your curriculum the same as in school?
Our sessions are mapped to the school curriculum and designed to support what children learn in class. Tutors do not just cover homework - instead, they build understanding, confidence and technique to help children succeed. We have supported learners from local schools such as The King’s School Chester, Queen’s Park High School, Hoole CE Primary School and more.
Can I rearrange my sessions?
Yes. We know family life can be busy, so sessions can be rearranged flexibly to fit your week. Our Chester tuition centre is open Tuesdays through Saturdays to help you find times that work for you and your family.
Do you support children with SEN?
Absolutely! Whilst we are not SEN specialists, our individual approach and inclusive environment have proved highly successful with children with SEN such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and more.
We'll discuss during your first visit how we can best support your child's needs. It's important to us to get SEN tuition right for every child.
Do you set homework?
No, but your child will have unlimited access to our smart learning tool for extra practice at home whenever they like.
Is your tuition all done on computers?
We combine the best of both worlds, utilising smart edtech alongside personalised support from real tutors. Your child will use a computer to answer tailored questions based on their abilities, whilst receiving instant help when they need it from our expert tutors.
