What if my child feels nervous about starting at the London Merton centre?
That’s completely normal! Our tutors are caring, patient and experienced at helping children feel comfortable. We’ll take time to introduce your child to the space and team so they can settle in happily. Book a free trial to meet us and see how friendly our centre feels.
Is your curriculum the same as in school?
Yes, every session is aligned with the school curriculum and designed to boost key English and maths skills. We don’t complete school tasks or homework in our sessions; instead, our tutors help children develop lasting skills, understanding, and techniques they can use independently. Many of our London Merton tutors have taught students from Rutlish School, Richards Lodge High School, Wimbledon Chase Primary School and more.
Can I rearrange my sessions?
You can rearrange your sessions easily since our London Merton centre is open Monday to Saturday. We aim to give families plenty of flexibility to book around school and after-school activities. If your plans change, our team will always do their best to find another time that suits you.
Do you support children with SEN?
Absolutely! Whilst we are not SEN specialists, our individual approach and inclusive environment have proved highly successful with children with SEN such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and more.
We’ll discuss during your first visit how we can best support your child’s needs. It’s important to us to get SEN tuition right for every child.
Do you set homework?
No, but your child will have unlimited access to our smart learning tool for extra practice at home whenever they like.
Is your tuition all done on computers?
We combine the best of both worlds, utilising smart edtech alongside personalised support from real tutors. Your child will use a computer to answer tailored questions based on their abilities, whilst receiving instant help when they need it from our expert tutors.
