What if my child feels nervous about starting at the Reading centre?
That’s completely fine. Many children feel that way at first. Our warm and welcoming team takes time to help every child settle in and feel comfortable. Book a free trial to meet our tutors and experience our friendly, supportive environment.
Is your curriculum the same as in school?
Yes, our Reading tutors follow the school curriculum, but go beyond homework help. Each child works through a personalised plan designed to strengthen their understanding, build independence, and boost confidence back in class. Many of our tutors have taught students from Reading School - Grammar Boys and Katesgrove Primary School, among others in the area.
Can I rearrange my sessions?
Yes, with our Reading centre open Tuesday to Saturday, families can easily find a time that fits around school, sport, or weekend plans. We know how busy family life can be, so we’ll always try to make scheduling simple and flexible.
Do you support children with SEN?
Absolutely! Whilst we are not SEN specialists, our individual approach and inclusive environment have proved highly successful with children with SEN such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia and more.
We’ll discuss during your first visit how we can best support your child’s needs. It’s important to us to get SEN tuition right for every child.
Do you set homework?
No, but your child will have unlimited access to our smart learning tool for extra practice at home whenever they like.
Is your tuition all done on computers?
We combine the best of both worlds, utilising smart edtech alongside personalised support from real tutors. Your child will use a computer to answer tailored questions based on their abilities, whilst receiving instant help when they need it from our expert tutors.
